Mr louis was working at fairfax Costco.I bought the Ring 2 years ago and one of the stone fell down.Mr Louis replace the Ring with new Ring.He did an excellen customer service.We are very happy with this company.

I have purchased several pieces. (purchased at Costco) The hoops are beautiful, light - but not cheap looking. The only drawback is a guard is needed . They move and fall of your ear ... I have lost one of my silver hoops!!

I have purchased about 10 pieces from this company via Costco! I love it and the customer service provided by Luis (costco-brandywine MD) was exceptional!

I was looking for nice but affordable jewelry for a black tie event for work and stumbled upon Savvy Cie Jewels at Costco. I stopped just to look and Luis was beyond helpful. He let me try on the earrings, sanitized them afterward, helped me try on bracelets, and even looked at a picture of my dress to help me find pieces that fit. He was informative about the warranty and return policy and encouraged me to look online for other selections. A few days later he surprised my boyfriend (a Costco employee) with an adjustable bracelet for my small wrists. He really made my day by thinking of me and helping me find the perfect pieces even when I wasn't there. He wasn't pushy about selling anything and really made the experience perfect. If I could hire him to work with me, I would. Thank you!

BEWARE! Awful customer service. Jewelry was broken when my wife opened her gift... they give you the run around (if you can understand the person who answers the phone)
